Who is Vidhani?

Kim Vidhani is a lover of fine food, wine, adventure and people. He is also a vegetarian. From his base in Australia, Vidhani travels the world whenever he can, seeking out new vegetarian fine dining experiences and visiting much loved old favourites such as the quintessential Greens located at Fort Mason, San Francisco.

Kim revels in situations where he can choose anything from the menu and groans when mushroom risotto is the limits of a restaurants tolerance of non-flesh eaters. Although he gains great satisfaction from well made hearty vegetarian food, what he seeks out on his travels is something else altogether. Like a hunter stalking exotic prey, Kim pursues the ultimate delight - the so called Truffle experience. Vegetarian degustation with matched wines, from aperitif to sticky; superb company who equally appreciate this art and importantly in an unforgettable location with distinctive ambience. This is the life force that sustains him.
